If you're new to The Inspiring Grace Foundation Incorporated's classes, PLEASE arrive 10 mins early so we can make sure we've answered your questions, welcomed you and that you're all registered, set up and ready to go.

Please note that if you arrive AFTER the scheduled class start time, you will not be able to join the class. This is out of courtesy to the other students who arrived on time and to your teacher who arrived early to set up class and make things all nice and cosy.

Autism Spectrum: SKY Project - FREE Spectrum Kids Yoga Classes

GEELONG Free Yoga Class for Spectrum Kids (4-8 years)

1 hour

A sensory-friendly Yoga class designed especially for younger Kids on the Autism Spectrum. Classes feature relaxation, breathing exercises, Yoga poses, games, stories, music, art/crafts and fun.
Teacher Annaliese SzOcs (née Bishop) is a high-functioning Autistic and one of just a few Yoga Teachers on the Autism Spectrum worldwide.
Annaliese has a fantastic understanding of how Autism feels.
Classes are offered FREE of charge to Kids on the spectrum.

Yoga Classes:

Altona Adults Fusion Yoga Classes

1 hour @ $ AUD10.00

Hatha yoga with a strong focus on safety, alignment, and fun; incorporating elements of Vinyasa, Yin, Core & Therapeutic Yoga.

Suitable for absolute beginners and experienced Yogis alike.

A minimum of four students is required by 4pm on the day of the class, in order for the class to run - as Annaliese travels up from Geelong to teach this class.

Not suitable for pregnant or postnatal women.

$10 per person, per class.

Geelong Adults Fusion Yoga Class

1 hour @ $ AUD10.00

Fusion Yoga: Saturday 9am.
Hatha yoga with a strong focus on safety, alignment, and fun; incorporating elements of Vinyasa, Yin, Core & Therapeutic Yoga.

Suitable for absolute beginners and experienced Yogis alike.
